Induction Hardening

Hauck Heat Treatment Spain, offers a wide range of Induction Tempering installations available. Our media range starts from 10kW to 300kW in high, medium and low frequency, thus being able to service almost the entire market. With 15 generators at the Barcelona plant, coverage is provided throughout the national territory with very competitive delivery times.

Plasma Nitriding

Hauck Heat Treatment Spain offers a high range of Plasma Nitriding and Plasma Nitrocarburising processes in Spain. This Plasma Nitriding process hardens stainless steel and titanium alloys. A very high degree of control of the case depth is achieved by this form of Nitriding.

Carburizing is a the thermochemical processes. During this process, the parts is enriched with carbon to improve the mechanical properties. The hardening of parts usually consists of three steps.

Carbonitriding is one of the thermochemical processes. During this process the surface of workpieces is enriched with carbon and Nitrogen to improve the mechanical properties. Carbonitriding, similar to Carburizing, typically consists of three steps.

Nitriding belongs to the thermochemical processes. During this processes the surface of several workpieces or machine parts is enriched with nitrogen to improve the mechanic properties of the surface of the workpieces or machine parts.

Nitrocarburizing belongs to the thermochemical processes. During this processes the surface of several workpieces or machine parts is enriched with nitrogen and carbon to improve the mechanic properties of the surface of the workpieces or machine parts.

Hardening & Tempering

Thermal processes are all Heat Treatment processes which only involve heating of the products to be treated. With these processes we are able to optimize the mechanical properties of the products.

Sub-Zero Treatments

Sub-Zero Treatments are processes where the products are treated at a temperature below 0ºC. The treatment can be an additional step in the hardening process to reach optimal results in hardness and structure of the material or can be part of an aging process.

Annealing

Annealing processes serve to influence the structure of the material or to reduce internal tensions. These processes are done at temperatures up to approximately 1150°C.
